User does not receive a CLA invitation via email

  • User does not receive "CLA Invitation Email" within one hour 

    • Check your spam folder. The email is being sent from [email protected]

    • Click the CCL Support Link at https://support.ccl.org/home/ to open a Support ticket stating that the CLA invitation did not come through successfully.

    • User receives CLA login error message; follow the instructions on the error messages screen.
